Do you allow pets?

Yes we do. We allow up to two dogs per property. As dog lovers we allow any breed including the XL Bully (Thrill Seeker only). We do not allow cats.

Why do I have to pay a booking fee?

We take a deposit of £100 to secure your dates. If at any time you cancel, you lose your deposit.

If your holiday goes ahead and there is no damage your £100 is returned. If there is any damage it will be taken from the deposit and any left over will be refunded to you.

Please make sure you supply the bank details of where you would like your deposit to be returned to as we don't have these details.

What time is check in and can I check in any earlier?

Check in is 3pm. You may be able to check in earlier, but this is not guaranteed. If you can't check in earlier your early check in fee will be refunded with your bond.

How do we get the keys?

The keys are in a key safe on the veranda. The code will be sent to the phone number on the booking form on the day your holiday starts. Key safe codes are changed after each guest has left, so its not possible to give you the code any earlier.

What time is check out and can I check out any later?

Check out is by 10am. You may be able to check out later, but this is not guaranteed. If you can't check out later, your early check out fee will be refunded with your bond.
