Do you allow pets?

Yes we do. We allow up to two dogs per property. As dog lovers we allow any breed.

XL Bullies are allowed at Thrill Seeker and Seascape on Hardy's, Ingoldmells.

We do not allow cats.


How do I book?

1. Go to the caravan or lodge you would like to stay in.                             

2. Scroll down until you find the calendar                                                   

3. Choose the date and amount of days and it will show you the price.

4. Click on CONTINUE and you can add extras.                                        

5. Wait for the confirmation email which will include the payment link.

                                      6. Pay the booking fee to hold the reservation dates and you will receive a receipt in return.

                                               7. Pay what you want, when you want. Each time we receive a payment you will receive a receipt 

                                                             which will show what you have paid, when you paid it and the remaining balance.                                


Why do I have to pay a booking fee?

We take a deposit of £100 to secure your dates. If at any time you cancel, you lose your deposit. The £100 forms part of your booking price.


Why do I have to pay a damage bond?

If your holiday goes ahead and there is no damage your £100 is returned. If there is any damage it will be taken from the deposit and any left over will be refunded to you. It is very rare we have to hold any bond back

Please make sure you supply the bank details of where you would like your deposit to be returned to as we don't have these details.


How do we pay for our holiday?

We accept bank transfer, credit card or payment via a third party payment processor via the website (Stripe)

What time is check in and can I check in any earlier?

Check in is 3pm. You may be able to check in earlier, but this is not guaranteed. 

If you can't check in earlier we will let you know when you book and your early check in fee will be refunded with your bond.


What time is check out and can I check out any later?

Check out is by 10am. You may be able to check out later, but this is not guaranteed.

If you can't check out later we will let you know when you book and your early check out fee will be refunded with your bond.


How do we get the keys?

The keys are in a key safe on the veranda. Please call for the code when you arrive.

Key safe codes are changed after each guest has left, so its not possible to give you the code any earlier.

Can you advertise my caravan or lodge for me?

Yes, we can. We are currently taking on caravans and lodges.

We can also provide cleaning, bedding, hot tub maintenance and general maintenance.

Travel cots can be immensely frustrating, so to help you, we always purchase the same cot and provide a video on how to use it.
